Google brings continuous scrolling to desktop search results page in the United States.

Google is making desktop search engine result more like mobile

with an upgrade that lets users endlessly scroll through multiple pages. Constant scrolling is now presenting to desktop search results in the United States. In an e-mail to Best SMM Panel, Google explains how the SERPs will show as much as six pages of URLs prior to triggering users to click “more outcomes”:

“… we’re bringing constant scrolling to desktop so you can continue to see more helpful search results with less clicks. It’s now even much easier to get influenced with more info at your fingertips.

Now, when you scroll down you’ll continue to find relevant results so that you can find originalities. When you reach the bottom of a search results page, approximately six pages of outcomes will be immediately shown till you see a “More outcomes” button if you wish to continue further.”

As Google continues to fill the very first page of search results page with advertisements, included snippets, media, ‘people likewise ask’ boxes, and other functions, this update is a win for routine websites.

Offering searchers the ability to scroll through 6 pages at once increases their likelihood of seeing more results before striking a roadblock.

We don’t expect this change to effect reporting. Google kept in mind in 2015, upon updating mobile search results to constant scrolling, that there’s no distinction in Search Console.

That’s because Search Console tracks SERP positions, not pages, Google explains:
